  • All orders confirmed by 3pm EST/EDT will be shipped same day.
  • All orders received after 3pm EST/EDT will ship the following business day.

Returns & Claims

Returns: Prior approval must be obtained from our Customer Service Department if you wish to return any items you purchased from Hanford Design. Returns must be received by Hanford Design within 14 days of when you obtained the merchandise and all returned products must be in in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns unless we determine that the merchandise is defective or has been shipped to you as a result of some error on our part.

Claims: Claims, shortages, overages, incorrect stock or damaged merchandise must be reported to the Customer Service Department within 14 days of shipment. We will need the invoice number from your order to process your claim.
